(Electronic problem, Friday afternoon, no repairs possible until Monday) and I really needed to take care of important business at the cottage, yet nobody was around to help out, so I took an Uber to Avelon to go get me some wheels for the weekend. Once I arrived, and we're writing up the contract, with the rental car already running, I finally got a call back from my partner (who was away) that her car was available for me to use, but it was in Bradford and the spare key was at home in Tottenham! Well, Jenna cancelled the contract and actually offered to drive me back home so I could arrange to get that car to use. She chose to void the sale just to help me out. I have never experienced this level of customer service... ever. I now feel obligated to rent a car from her just to show my gratitude! Well done, Avelon and top marks to you Jenna I will recommend you to everyone I know. That's as good as it gets!”
