  I recently visited Mark’s to purchase safety shoes. Although I got what I need, the store has a very limited selection of safety shoes for women, which was a bit disappointing. However, the cashier was fantastic and made the overall experience much more enjoyable. I'd definitely return if the selection improves!

  I came in to exchange a pair of boots that were too small without a box, I was worried I was going to be hassled for not having them in the original box. fortunately Dakota, one one of the employees was extremely helpful and had no problems exchanging and swapping boots for me. she even went as far as grabbing the boots off shelf for me as I was up front. Shoutout to you Dakota! Your customer service is unmatched!

  The reason I’m giving such a low rating is because of this absolute greedy new policy of making customers pay to put the items in a bag.
  How dare they. Their products arrive to them in bags which they through out, then mark the product up by a minimum if 100%, then refuse to protect the product as you walk out like a fool with out a bag
  I’ve complained in the past and nothing gets explained. I’m done with Marks greed. It has nothing to do with the environment. We are not idiots as you seem to think.

  Poor selection but good service. The location is very understaffed so employees take too long to get to customers. It is not any of the employees' fault.

  Zero curtomer service. My wife have been to this store a few times and always the same thing; employees hanging out at the cash register chatting with each other all the while ignoring cutstomers. Won't be going back.

  Great Marks store in Alliston! Friendly employees, always greeted when I walk in and it’s always very clean and organized. Very seldom are they sold out of my size and always a sale on something!

  This was my worst case experience of my life. Customer service was really bad at this store! I bought a shoe from this store and when I returned it, I never received the money back! When I approached them they said they cannot do anything and asked me to call customer care! Ironically, they made the original transaction with some other card and returned the money in that old card.Also, my 5 year old daughter started crying as she wanted to use washroom, they said water is over in washroom and you cannot use the washroom, but washroom was okay! They do not have any heart! Really bad experience. We will never go in this store, they cheated my money and the behavior was not human when they denied my 5 old daughter to use washroom

  Always come here for work Clothes and boots. Great quality items and helpful staff. We've had to return faulty pants in the past with no questions asked. They replaced them right away. I would highly recommend this place for your work items you may need.
