Excellent service above and beyond by Shelly and Jagroop,
I had one digital card, which I was planning to use for a long time. I asked Shelly I if I can use this card for my perfume.
Staff is really helpful in selecting Product and during the transaction as the digital card was not working at the front cash register so they took me to the pharmacy, cash register, and help me therefore use my digital card.
Also reminded me to upload Be Well points if I spend X number of dollar today, I will receive bonus points, which I did after spending my perfume.
I would recommend people to shop here for Pharmacy and other shopping.

Three weeks ago I ran into a big problem with a couple of my prescriptions the Pharmacist and her assistant were so helpful and kind to me and solved my issue both women went out of their way and I will never forget it so Thank you so much. I then went to the checkout and the cashier was wonderful also. I’m so lucky to have such service Happy Holidays to all the Staff at Rexall Alliston.

Despite the 3 negative reviews using the same words, obviously written by the same crank, I have found all the staff at this store to be professional, helpful and caring. They listen. The pharmacists take care of orders and refills promptly and appear to have the full confidence of our family doctor. AND… I have never found them to be “very rude” let alone rude.
