Employees need to be trained properly.
Upon set up was told it was month to month trying to cancel service was a headache because employee did not set it up month to month. Plus an employee of this branch said to return rogers equipment to staples which is also the wrong procedure. Educate your employees

I was upgrading from an iPhone 8 to a 17 so my anxiety was pretty high when I arrived at the Rogers store. Tony made the switchover painless. He made sure everything got transferred correctly and was working as it should be. Tony was knowledgeable and patient. I appreciate the great customer service and support.

This place is consistently understaffed which leads to excessive wait times. For the amount of money that Rogers makes, they should be able to afford to hire more staff.
