TD Bank has the worst customer service. After speaking with a manager last year about not putting a hold on our business cheques that are being deposited at the branch, it’s still happening. We’ve had the same customers for 14 years!Today I had to send a wire transfer to the UK for 70GBP and they charged me $50 Canadian. I said we’ve been customers for over 30 years and that’s the fee?? Yes sorry that’s the fee.So they can hold my funds for 5-10 business days but yet I have to pay my $50 charge right a way. No personalized service here! Do better TD Bank!

I have never had a worse experience at a bank in my life. I set up an appointment to invest money from a checking account to a GIC and I spent 20 minutes being bounced around trying to prove who I was. After I verified my pin code with my bank card and supplied my drivers license. This was not good enough. The teller was extremely rude and condescending and I will not be banking at this location ever again.

I strongly urge people not to use this TD Bank Branch. Absolutely no Customers service skills by anyone working at this branch. Not sure why they are work in a service industry if they have no such skills.

Someone named Travis called me about a “marketing lead” for an account I had recently been added to, due to a medical emergency, instead of calling the person who very obviously had been the primary account holder for decades. The account isn’t even under this branch and the branch it is under is over an hour’s drive away. Sneaky and unprofessional.

Went to this td and I don’t know if this blonde lady was having a bad day but that’s no issue to be so short tempered with customers, each customer she helped looked so upset after speaking with you, this branch should look into hiring nicer people so customers don’t come out crying after every appointment.

I wanted to join TD but unfortunately the blonde lady at the front desk i believe was the customer service manager was extremely inpatient and rude, you’d think getting a position like that she’d be nicer or maybe this branch just doesn’t care about their customers regardless I’m sad the unpleasant customer serve drove me away from joining TD.

My credit card appointment with Taanian went wonderfully! She is kind, efficient, informed, and overall very helpful. She took extra measures to ensure I understood the information being presented, as well as offered her own experiences and advice allowing me to make an educated decision. Great person with a bright future ahead :)

I have recently moved to the area and this is the closest location to me for my banking and I’m considering switching banks. Every time I go in, there is a line up out the door and 2 tellers working it’s the slowest service I’ve ever seen.

This branch is probably one of the worst branches I’ve ever been to! The service is the slowest I’ve ever seen in any location. I’ve been doing corporate business with Td for almost a decade. We closed down our corporate account and re-opened a new one with the same name and they won’t look at past history and now they want to hold checks for my company. Absolutely ridiculous and no common sense! Save yourself the hassle and go next-door to Rbc or Scotiabank.

I just talked to Travis (financial advisor) about potentially getting a HELOC. The friendliness and honesty he helped me with was unbelievable. He was very on point, knowledgeable and very understanding to my concerns. Thanks a lot Travis!
