I bought a navy sweater and after washing it, I noticed that there was a pull around the neckline and sent in pics. Colleen gave me the option to keep or donate the sweater and told me they received the same sweater in a different colour and maybe I would be interested. I was and she put a rust coloured aside for me, and it is now my new fav. Thanks SO much! :) You guys are the best!”
