“I must give a very positive Kudos shout out to Liam at the Almonte Rexall. I had arrived very frustrated with my experience at at competors store. Liam graciously explained that the Rexall system for processing third party insurance was down. Consequently I might have to pay for the required prescription. As it turned out the Ontario drug plan covered two of the three. I paid for the third. Hecsuggest that I return with my sales slips tomorrow, when their third part claim system is up and running. My claim will be processed for a quick reimbursement. We'll done.”
“Raja the pharmacist helped me fill an RX at 9:45 on a Sunday night. I live in Carleton Place and our Shoppers did not have the required RX in stock. I called Almonte and Raja reassured me he indeed did have it and would be waiting for me, if I would drive there. He was so kind and considerate and careful to make sure I had all the instructions we would need and totally made me feel at ease. Raja is an employee any store should be proud to have on staff.
