“Very helpful and offer to carry out any heavy items for me. Great selection overall and if they don't have something in stock they will find it locally or bring it in for you.”

“I get my high end good dog food here. They've even delivered it for us when we were stuck working and didn't have time to get there. Great gifts and Grosse Ile merchandise like shirts etc too. I can't speak to plants etc. They are a smaller location for that sort of thing but it always looks like good quality plants. Support local!”

“I got my red foot tortoise at the Vivarium more than a decade ago. I’ve been going back there for materials and care tips ever since. The people who works there are very friendly and passionate about reptiles, amphibians and such that they are so helpful for answering any questions you may have about caring for them.”

“I Highly recommend bringing your pet here. I brought my jack russel / rat terrier mix who is afraid of everything including her own shadow. They scheduled her at a quiter time in their shop with not many other dogs there so it would be less stressful for her. They were very kind an caring when they took her back for her appointment. The groomer was talking to her an cuddling her. They did a great job on her hair cut and she was surprisingly calm when I picked her up ! Thank you for a job well done !”

“I love this store. I get my cats food here as recommended by my veterinarian. Friendly staff. Clean store, but it smelled highly of rubber, like a tire store. That's the only reason for the 4 stars.”

“They do not always have what I want. I have ordered it for delivery via website and they contact me later saying they do not have that in stock. I have gone in store and what I am looking for is out of stock. The customer service is good, they have some good food options, we and dry. I plan to contribute shipping here.”

“Most wonderful staff, ever. Special thanks to Casey and Bella, who always go out of their way for my (our) rescue husky dog, who is a little skittish. These lovely people are such assets to the workplace and to our pets. Awesome folk! Personally, I highly recommend this pet store over all others in the area!”

“We bring our fur baby in for all his pampering and he can't wait to come see Laurie T. She takes awesome care of him. All we have to do is mention her name or getting a haircut and shampoo and he starts running around in excitement. Now if only we could figure out how to make the drive there more to his liking.”
