Racicot Chrysler

Hours: Racicot Chrysler is a great dealership in Amherstburg for those looking to buy a new or pre-owned vehicle. Customers highly, highly recommend it, describing the sales team as super friendly, honest, and helpful. The salespeople are professional, work hard to get a fair deal, value the customer's time, and can help secure a better rate and a great deal on a trade-in. Many report a far better experience here than at other dealerships. The service department receives mixed feedback. Positive experiences note prompt service, full explanations, spotless returned vehicles, and provided transportation. One customer reported excellent service above and beyond, including free checks and computer updates, at a competitive price for an oil change that includes topping up all fluids, calling it true customer service. However, a recurring issue noted is poor service in the service department. Some customers report that if you don't chase them for updates, you’ll never hear from them, with vehicles sometimes not being looked at all day despite being dropped off in the morning. This has led to the observation that their service department can be just as bad as others in the area, which is a common issue for some. Despite this criticism of the service department, the sales experience leads many to strongly recommend Racicot Chrysler.
