If I could give negative stars I would. This place makes picking up prescriptions the hardest task. This pharmacy has messed up my prescriptions in a multitude of ways. The pharmacy team is Very unprofessional, and none of them work together. Switching pharmacies asap.

Worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had! They lose medication and then blame the 80 year old customer!Unfortunately this is not the only issue with this store they say they fax the doctor for renewals yet the doctors office claims they have not received any fax from the store! If you try calling them they put you on hold forever then disconnect you! Please do yourself a favour and go anywhere but this place.

worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of using pharmacists, ignorant arrogant wants to blame the customer for their errors!Prescription was supposed to be delivered on Thursday. They didn't deliver it and then blamed me for not calling them about their mistake. They are constantly messing up medication's. They can't manage to fax the proper doctors office medication is never ready on time. Unfortunately I always heard that it's under new management and everybody has nothing but problems with them since do yourself a favour and use a different pharmacy

Worst pharmacy put you on hold 20 min just to hang up on you not even an apology when mentioned on the second call (over 18 min on hold second time)fax prescriptions to wrong doctor or not at all .too big for their own good so they seem to care little about the customers out of the 12 people in line they messed up half of the orders!

Laziest pharmacists I’ve ever seen.. no matter how busy they aren’t, everything takes an hour, but never ready in an hour, closer to 2, yet every time you see them just socializing and no sense of urgency whatsoever… go somewhere else to get your prescriptions

Reliable service, good followup with clients' medical history and medications list, also the pharmacist was able to prescribe medication for minor ailment and fill the med for me which was very handy especially on a weekend!

This phramacy is atrocious. Charging you for prescriptions you’ve always had covered, dropping off a prescription and leaving you waiting an hour and a half, giving incorrect amounts and recently, changing a prescription altogether without contacting my doctor or me! I’ve had it with this location!

I went in around 5pm on July 4th and was looking to get a scar cream for an incision that I have from a recent surgery. I had the surgery in another country and unfortunately the cream I was recommended wasn't available in Canada. When I first asked the pharmacy rep she was very kind and looking to find an alternative (with similar Ingredients) or seeing if she could order it for me. Then she asked for the pharmacist to come over and get his opinion I re explained what I was looking for and I offered to show a photo of what I need the cream for and when I did he started freaking out telling me that I need to see a dr and that it looks infected that none of these creams will do anything and that I need antibiotics. I have just had two major surgeries and I have been in contact with me dr who says that it is looking great and healing fine but made a recommendation for a scar cream. This pharmacist was absolutely horrible to me and was very rude. I left without purchasing anything and still have to find a Canadian equivalent to this cream. Very disappointed.

This store freezer and fridge breaks regularly but they continue to sell goods, spoiled milk and melted product and when you attempt to exchange the product, you will be accused of keeping it in your car even with a time stamped receipt!!! Manager is the worse human being on the planet has no customer service skills what so ever

I personally used to work at this shoppers and I believe customer service has been vastly diminishing at this location.. today I was in line with an older lady in front of me. She had been waiting for 5+ minutes, ding the bell once and then multiple times in a row because I said I saw the lady run to the stock room and simply couldn't hear it. After another few minutes, a young lady comes and said "that was unnecessary, i was in post office" very rudely and than went on to not speak to either of us the whole transaction... the worst part was, I had walked around and tried to cash out at the makeup department and nobody was there either. I understand there's self checkouts and people paying cash may have to wait but I didn't like how rude the cashier was to that lady. Wish I got her name!

FYI that routinely after 8 you have to use the self checkout, meaning there is no Lotto available and you cannot pay cash. If out in the evening, recommend you go to a convenience store instead.

Worst experience at this loaction. Docotr gives you one refill and they split it up so you have to go back more times. Never going back to this place again. The wait times are outrageous. Stay away from this location.

I have been to the Shoppers in town a handful of times. Each experience has been worse than the previous one. We went from weekly customers before we moved here, to driving 30 minutes to avoid this location. The staff are rude, dismissive and unavailable (self checkout issues). On one occasion we were discounted 0.25% instead of the 25% on the sticker. When we brought this to the cashiers attention, she insisted we were wrong even after I assured her that I wasn't trying to "scam" her (that's what she accused us of). On another occasion, a few of the refrigerators were covered up, I asked the first associate that came out of the back if there was an issue with a product in the open units. She rolled her eyes, laughed and said condescendingly, "WELL OBVIOUSLY". Come to find out she is the manager.

Love being mocked by employees when I walk into a store. Bitter, miserable staff so they talk bad about customers thinking they can’t hear them. Didn’t even have to say a word for them to start.
