This is a store with heart. I have been here about 4-5 times and each time, my experience has been fantastic.The staff is helpful because they genuinely seem to care to help, beyond any need to provide "great customer service". Going here is like going to friends for help.Each time I come here, it is like coming to an oasis of genuine people in the desert of retail experiences.

This is a great place to shop! The people are very friendly and really know their stuff. Prices are reasonable and they stock a large selection of the kinds of things you seem to need on a regular basis. Recommended.

My wife and I went to the hardware store today to purchase an adaptor for our solar lights. We went to the customer service area and Evan asked if he could help us. We explained the problem to him and he provided a solution that exceeded our expectations. He removed the adaptor from our existing solar lights and reattached the adapter to the new lights. I want to commend Evan for using his insight to discover the solution and his ability to complete the job. Evan provided an outstanding level of customer service beyond our expectations. We are extremely grateful Evan’s tenacity provided a solution that made the reattachment of the solar lights a simple job.

Best service, someone is always asking if i need help, usually right away and they will bring you right to it and ask you what else do you need. Keep up the great attitude.
