My company has rented units in Ancaster Self Storage Inc. for years. I have found the management very understanding and cooperative. The facilities are kept in good repair and are very neat and clean. Security is taken very seriously.

I have used the Ancaster Self-Storage facilities for many years and I have always experienced excellent service. The manager at the Ancaster location (Dori Gallagher) has always responded to me quickly and professionally. She has always been personable and friendly and whenever I have a question or need something done, it is always quickly taken care up. Two thumbs up!!!!!!

We have too much "stuff" so had to stash some of it for our house to be staged and sold! Dori was very responsive to my emails. The units were clean and security was great. I truly hope to never need them again but if I do, I won't hesitate.

My family has used a self-storage unit here for almost 20 years and we are very happy with our experience. It’s very easy to access the storage and the heated unit ensures that our furniture, clothes, and other items remain intact. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great storage solution.

I have been dealing with this location and the staff for over 10 years. This location is conveniently, as it is located in a very accessible area. The staff is always ready to give you a hand and deal with any issues you do occur, which is very rare. The staff was always helpful and reasonable, time wise and fair monetarily, as they accommodated my changing needs as my business fluctuated.
Allowing me to move from one year to other, depending on my needs moving me from one unit to other, depending on my needs. Over the years, it has been a pleasure dealing with them snd I would never use any other Storage unit than theirs. I’d rather drive a longer distance than leave that location . It has always been a pleasurable experience dealing with them. I do not give up my recommendations lightly. I’m very very fussy and in their case, it is an honour to do this review for them. They deserve it.

I've had a storage unit for my vehicle(s) for 15 years at Ancaster Self-Storage at 1147 Garner Rd W and McClure Rd in Ancaster...and it's been fantastic. When I first moved to Ancaster (15 years ago) I was new to the area and I scouted out where I could keep my excess items. Ancaster Storage on Garner was the winner for sure. Their prices were competitive! The person in charge. (Dori) was nice...knowledgable and helpful....she gave me confidence that my items would be safe and sound. The unit(s) I've had were heated and the grounds are always well maintained and clean. I wouldn't go anywhere els!!!

Safe, secure and easy to access 24hrs a day.
Amazingly clean with a wide variety of storage locker options and prices that are extremely competitive.
Never any issues gaining access in the winter and the property is always immaculate.
I can not say enough about the staff.
Dori is an Angel and everyone has gone over and above expectations when assistance is required.

had come up from Sudbury to
help us !
Awesome clean well run and
organized facility .
We left it as spick and span
clean as when we first rented it.

Ancaster Self-Storage offered reasonable prices and had many different sized storage units available. All units were very clean and customer service was the main reason I would go back. Dora was a pleasure to deal with and made sure everything went smoothly for us. I highly recommend! Thank you!

Great facilities and fantastic support from the staff. I was a customer for over 11 years and always received good service. They even facilitated the closing of my unit when I no longer required it!
