1 start is 1 start more than what this branch deserve. Pathetic service with 3 rep sitting around chatting and asking me to either wait for 1.5 hours or come back in order to make one call to their main office.

Just go to a different bank. Not a different branch just save yourself all the trouble and go to an entirely different bank. Everyone I’ve ever spoken to in branch or by phone it seems like it’s the first time they’ve ever heard of what I’m talking about anytime, regardless of what it is. I have spent countless hours struggling to sort out my finances because of these useless people. Just get a different bank.

When the ATMs were out of service, I had to wait in line for the Bank tellers. I was the only one in line the tellers were available. All they did was gossip and made me wait 10 minutes. They dont care about customer service. When i finally got service, I asked about the ATMs but she just ignored me. I expected more from CIBC but maybe i am too accustomed to basic human decency from my other banks.

Rude customer service. They assumed that i was my fiancé’s daughter without bothering to asked first. And my partner is so pissed that he just left while the customer service is talking. Don’t come to this branch.

Love CIBC. Been with them forever. Absolutely hate this particular branch. I'll always suggest CIBC, but would advise you to just avoid this particular branch.

Honestly, atrocious, and prejudiced manager at this branch. Do not associate with this bank, - they dont care about clinets or thier lives and circumstances. Terrible service provided to my father and I. Couldn't have been more pleased to find a better bank that treats clients with respect and dignity. Thanks!

Branch Manager Sunil Dua very disrespectful , talks over customers had to wait 20 mins for him to even show up. They don't care about customers at this location. Very pathetic.

Warning - do not use this branch, at least not for a mortgage. Worst experience. Too many problems to list but will make some quick points here - they did not help us calculate our nbrs, they showed us another persons application to get an idea ????♀️ they do not know how to calculate a bridge loan so we had to tell them how , made appointment with manager and he didn’t show up, they wud not fax info to our lawyer until we insisted. They didn’t honour the interest rate we were told in the first place so we had to pay a higher rate. Not sure if it’s lack of training or what. Not knowledgeable at all. Manager was uneducated on mortgages, rude and unprofessional. Btw the five star rating is from the manager himself, Andrew. How tacky is that. Will never step in that bank again.

Worst experience ever with this bank. DO NOT GO HERE. I’ve been a customer for 10+ years and non stop issues. No value for loyalty whatsoever. Treated very disrespectfully by staff. Unbelievable. Never returning #NEWTDBANKER
