She showed me an excellent pair and when I was still unsure she was able to hold them for me until I tried a few other stores. I returned in a few hours and purchased them. “Everything lavendar! If you are a fan of this scent, you need to step into Weirs as you are instantly immersed into all things lavendar. My family are obsessed with the 'eye pads,' and so many of the other products. I happen to have a birthday coming up this Saturday and decided to take a few photos of the items I wanted my boys to surprise me with ;) Emma was lovely to chat with and was so knowledgable about all the products. My sister, who is visiting from the Yukon, scored many products for her and her daughter. If you happen to stop in Dundas, this should be a MUST on your list!”

“I had a very pleasant shopping experience here this past Sunday. I was looking for specific items I saw online and a very nice sales lady (name started with an S) helped me find them, got my change room together, switched out the sizes I needed and even provided feedback on which items looked better than others. I try to avoid shopping in person due to poor customer service you find in most stores these days, but not here. I really felt this sales lady went the extra mile. Also, the lady checking me out at the cash did an excellent job explaining the dynamite app and how to earn points to get discounts on future purchases. I look forward to shopping at this location in the future:)”

Jeff was absolutely marvelous in helping Phil to choose a style which would suit him, update his look and still be comfortable. Adjustments were made perfectly and promptly. He had great ideas for accessories and the finished picture will be great! Phil ended up buying two suits and we’ll be loyal customers from here on in. Thanks!”
“We love hot topic...But the last time we went in they looked like they were clearing the place out-- stock just wasn't out or on the shelves like it usually is. It was a little disappointing since we drive an hr to come to this location.Other than the lack of stock, the store is still a favorite.”

“Was shopping with my son today, who just acquired a used long board with rusty bearings. Us not knowing much about long boards, went in to check out the cost of wheels and bearings…. Liam went above and beyond (even after I crashed the display) He answered all our questions and some we didn’t even know we had. He even showed my son the correct way to ride. We definitely be back to get everything we need for him to start riding. Thank you very much Liam !!”

“I was there helping my neighbour return a few items and exchange them for the correct size. She is seeing impaired and did not have her bill. However, the 2 staff members , one who had served her the previous day, was very helpful in making the necessary adjustment. They handled the transaction with such kindness and concern , that I'm sorry I did not get their names to contact their manager and say how much my neighbour appreciated their help.”

“I visited this Garage location last week and had a wonderful experience. I went in looking to get a second pair of Garage’s sweatpants in another colour but I had removed the tag so I was unsure what the style of pant was. I explained this to a sales person working that day and she quickly pointed me in the right direction after identifying that I was wearing the ‘Boyfriend’ style sweat. I was very impressed by the knowledge of the sales people in the store and with have quickly they assisted me. The dressing room staff was also very helpful while I looked at different size options. The professionalism and kindness experienced during this shopping trip was great. I will be shopping there in the future.”
“This is a huge Old Navy.If you're looking for kids clothing, this store has a huge selection. My only complaint was that the athletic clothes are hidden in the farback corner of the store... and that the changing rooms had line ups that seemed to take forever to get through.”
