“My mom and I were shopping for a funeral and various other gatherings that occur for her father-in-laws beautiful send off. We were pressed for time. We were at the Limeridge Mall location in Hamilton. The lady who aided us was a wonderful representation of your company. Her name was Holly (or Molly?) and we both can't say enough great things about her. She patiently selected perfect pairings, and was tactful with any insecurities we had about the fit of various items. Even when the store was busy, she gracefully attended to each shopper while still making us feel like we weren't being rushed. Holly, if you read this; my mom and I are so grateful for your help during our difficult time. If raises are due, Holly should be at the top of the list.”

“I had a very pleasant shopping experience here this past Sunday. I was looking for specific items I saw online and a very nice sales lady (name started with an S) helped me find them, got my change room together, switched out the sizes I needed and even provided feedback on which items looked better than others. I try to avoid shopping in person due to poor customer service you find in most stores these days, but not here. I really felt this sales lady went the extra mile. Also, the lady checking me out at the cash did an excellent job explaining the dynamite app and how to earn points to get discounts on future purchases. I look forward to shopping at this location in the future:)”

“Bought a cute dress here and get compliments every time I wear it! I dunno if I just got a dud, though, because after only a few wears, I found myself having to repair a couple of torn seams. I take good care of my clothing and have had pieces that are 10+ years old. I feel like for the price I paid, I shouldn't be repairing seams so early on - it's not a difficult fix but still. In any case, the store is lovely and their clothes are gorgeous and so unique, I'll probably be buying again and see if it's better next time.”

“Everything lavendar! If you are a fan of this scent, you need to step into Weirs as you are instantly immersed into all things lavendar. My family are obsessed with the 'eye pads,' and so many of the other products. I happen to have a birthday coming up this Saturday and decided to take a few photos of the items I wanted my boys to surprise me with ;) Emma was lovely to chat with and was so knowledgable about all the products. My sister, who is visiting from the Yukon, scored many products for her and her daughter. If you happen to stop in Dundas, this should be a MUST on your list!”

“I was walking along the mall and saw a young couple both wearing nice toques. Had thought of getting one and so asked them where they'd go for one. They told me Zumies and pointed the way. I had passed the store at times; but had never gone in. The guy that promptly helped me was a top notch customer service person. He was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, quick. He had other customers and went back and forth between myself and them quickly and I never felt left. Felt I was given space to look at the options he presented and he was back just the right amount to help me decide. I had some calendars from another store with no bag. Asked if he could hold them behind the counter to and he gladly did that. When time to ring in; he put the calendars in one of their bags to help me put as well. The other guy who cashed me out also treated me real well. I ended up buying a torque for me, a torque for my son and a really nice fanny pack that I had been thinking might come in handy for work. I had also asked the young man about the store and he answered my questions about that and some of the brands with pertinent information. Good customer service is very important to me; and this is what i go here. I'll be back. I don't know for what or when; but i will gladly go again. My young adult son really likes his toque too. And he's fussy.”

“I visited this Garage location last week and had a wonderful experience. I went in looking to get a second pair of Garage’s sweatpants in another colour but I had removed the tag so I was unsure what the style of pant was. I explained this to a sales person working that day and she quickly pointed me in the right direction after identifying that I was wearing the ‘Boyfriend’ style sweat. I was very impressed by the knowledge of the sales people in the store and with have quickly they assisted me. The dressing room staff was also very helpful while I looked at different size options. The professionalism and kindness experienced during this shopping trip was great. I will be shopping there in the future.”
