I discovered Nicole's beautiful store shortly after moving from Toronto to Ancaster. From the moment I entered the store, I knew I had found the perfect place to shop for luxury unique ladieswear to match any luxury designer clothing store in Toronto. The atmosphere is one of calm & elegance. Nicole is welcoming and knowledgeable. She has the talent of recommending articles of clothing that are suitable for my size and style type. I'm always complimented whenever I wear a piece of clothing I purchased at Flow. It's always a pleasure to work with Nicole.

Shopping at Flow is always fun. The clothes are a reflection of Nicole's elegant taste. I always find something beautiful and often find something I didn't know I was looking for! Customer service is excellent, Nicole always goes above and beyond. Love this store!

I would highly recommend this lovely boutique in Ancaster. An eclectic mix of clothing and Nicole is always very welcoming, never pushy and happy to help with suggestions. She’s honest with her opinion which I appreciate and has a gift for remembering sizing and preferences which makes the experience very easy and personal.

There is always a great selection of classic styles and designer brands. Nicole is extremely helpful and accommodating, which makes shopping for clothing an enjoyable experience, especially that you can peruse the merchandise online first and pick out what you like prior to arriving at the boutique. This is an added bonus for me!
