I’m only giving 4 stars because unfortunately I had to go back and get my hair cut fixed. The girl who cut my hair originally, didn’t really listen to what i asked for. I asked for layers and face framing, my layers were not blended and were very choppy, the face framing was uneven and very bluntly cut. I went back to see if someone would fix and luckily Steffy was there to help. She was very reassuring and very kind, she did was I asked and fixed my original hair cut. Steffy and the lady that was there with her (i think her name was Yohancie) were both VERY kind and they are the reason I will continue to go to great clips.

She was just in a hurry to get my cut done and not listening to what I asked for. I understand there was a promo happening last week. But there wasn’t a long wait behind me for her to rush through the cut. My bad experience shouldn’t reflect on every other hair stylist working here. I don’t think I would want to come here again.

A stylist named Miriam cut and styled my hair, and she is terrific!! She has been cutting my hair for quite some time, and she always does a great job. She has an amazing personality too!She always make me feel like "a new woman" when she's done. Two thumbs up for Miriam!!!??
