As usual, Michael's had exactly what i was looking for at an affordable price! I always carry a pen knife, except when flying, thanks to TSA. Didn't want to spend a lot once we were. back on the ground here in Canada, and Michael's delivered!

Staff was super helpful and nice! I had trouble finding fabric paint, and they were immediately able to help me locate it! They also had a lot of variety, and I was able to get all the materials I needed for my crafts. Would definitely recommend this Michaels for all your crafting goods!

It was my first visit to Michael's, and I found it to be clean and well-organized with a lot of options. However, I’m giving it 3 stars because, while shopping, I picked up an art set I wanted to try. Everything was going well until checkout, where I discovered that an item I had picked from the clearance section wasn’t actually on sale, despite its organized display. I was disappointed by this mix-up.
I informed the cashier about the issue so she could correct the mislabeling, but she didn’t seem to pay much attention and continued with her tasks.

The selection is good, but due to draconian cost cutting measures, there is only one cashier and shoppers are encouraged to ring up their own purchases at self-scan terminals. If you go to the one cashier, you are asked point blank for your phone number which is a HUGE turn off. It’s bad enough being asked for your email or postal code, but asking for a phone number crosses the line. Thanks no thanks.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FOR THIS STORE BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER so annoyed recieved an email that my order was picked up when i didnt pick it up yet. Called customer service to find out that apparently my order was picked up or stolen shouldnt ID be shown when picking up an order. Super annoying and inconvenient. They should set up a better online pickup process

They've taken away their in store discounts so I wont shop here anymore. If you're going to push online sales, I'll just go with Amazon anyway. This company was fun to shop at but RIP I guess.

This is a good location of Michael's. They are well organized, the employees are very nice and helpful, and they have lots of choices for arts and crafts and decorations and framing. The only problem I have with this Michaels is that they don't have cashiers and just self-checkouts, but the people at the front are very good help for the self-checkouts.
