A lady by the name of Helen told us we weren’t allowed to Try out the furniture if we didn’t have questions about it. Which was weird because every other employee allowed us to try the furniture out. And not only this she was very rude about it and told us to get off the furniture in a rude manor

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Structube. In October, I placed two orders in-store with the help of a salesperson:
1. Order 1: A deposit was taken, and I was told it would be delivered in 2-3 weeks.
2. Order 2: I was informed the item was backlogged with an expected delivery in December 2024, and I was explicitly told no deposit was required.
To my surprise, when I checked the Structube website recently, Order 2 had been canceled without any notice or communication. I never received an email, text, or call. After receiving no response from customer support via email, I visited the store on December 16 to resolve the matter.
Instead of providing a solution, the salesperson claimed the order was canceled due to a missing deposit—something she had told me wasn’t required. When I challenged this, she dismissed my concerns and said, “You can’t prove I didn’t contact you—it’s your word against mine.” Her tone was rude and confrontational, and she refused to provide her name or the store manager’s contact information.
This is not the level of professionalism or service I expect from a reputable brand. Structube not only failed to communicate but also mishandled the situation entirely. I left the store with no resolution, no accountability, and a ruined shopping experience.
Be warned: Customer service is poor, and their processes lack transparency.

Visited tonight for the first time. Bought a sofa bed. There's lots of nice furniture and decor, I was surprised by the selection. Absolutely no sales staff approached us at all. It was lovely. We went to Leon's the night before and were stalked like prey the mnlinute we entered. It was nice to freely walk around and look at all the options and not feel like we were being pick-pocketed. Lol
We ended up buying a nice sofa bed foe our spare room. Purchase was easy and hassle free.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Everyone on the floor was amazing and The guy that loaded the furniture in the back was very patient, helpful and professional.
I would certainly recommend this location and staff and very grateful to all of them for helping me out.

I just came out of the store and want to give a shoutout to TED. He was super patient and kind; we were there for about two hours and asked him like a thousand questions, and he was always there to help and offer recommendations, even looking options for us in other locations. Thank you so much! If you go to that store, I would recommend to look for him.

I normally only write 5-star reviews, but this has to be made known. Beware, they will give you open box items that are damaged and/or missing parts. They will exchange the items for you, only for you to receive another open box replacement.
I ordered a lamp on Structube.ca to be picked up at this store. I was told to pick up at the loading dock, where I was handed the item. When I went home I realized it was a repackaged item, so I opened to check it despite not having space to build the item for another few months. I discovered it had scuff marks and looked like it was thoroughly used before returned by another customer. So I called and was given an exchange. When I arrived for the exchange, I was told by the clerk there that they had checked this box and everything was in order. Silly me, I trusted them.
Fast forward 8 months and I finally open the box to build it… to see that this box was also an open box item and the lamp inside had paint peeling off and had missing assembly parts. I called the store and was told since it was an online purchase I needed to call customer service. When I called customer service I was told since I picked it up in store it was dealt by the store. I had to call the store a second time for them to tell me to email them the issue with photos.
Thankfully with photographic evidence they told me they would exchange it for me (even though the purchase was made 9 months ago the item has a 1 year warranty). After having to follow up several times, I finally called to inquire about where the lamp was. They said they don’t know why the shipment didn’t come through and they’ll order me another one. This process took weeks.
When I went to pick up the new lamp, the person behind the register was beyond rude. I was told to pick up the item at the loading dock again. I asked if I could open up the package in the store so I don’t have to come back a 3rd time if there’s something wrong, and without acknowledging me she called for someone from the loading dock to bring it in. When he brought it in he remarked that the item was fine because it is a brand new box. Excuse me?? Why weren’t the other two times I received the item brand new when I paid full price?? It’s not like I paid for a refurbished lamp. The lady simply handed me a knife to open the box, and asked me if I was done before I could check the base (I wanted to check the base because the previous one I received had a crack). I didn’t want to be rude so I let her take the knife, and she walked away without even acknowledging us. She looked so unhappy with us but I could not figure out why. I was respectful and kind in my requests, and even apologized for asking to open the boxes in the store.
Because she took the knife we had to open up the base box with our keys. Thankfully both items are brand new this time around, but rest assured I will not be visiting this location ever again. I may never enter another Structube ever again. The only good thing that happened was they rectified the situation…. Eventually.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Did however receive damaged furniture on delivery after waiting for months for an item. Couldn't get a replacement in time for when I needed it. Have other items from here which are decent for what you pay for.

I purchased a list of things from Ancaster location, and spent over $8000. I also referred my family members to buy their household furniture from here as well because of the customer service Ted, one of the sales associates, provided. However, the day I went in to schedule the delivery of our furniture, Ted wasn’t there. A lady from the counter offered to help, but the way she was treated us made me want to cancel the whole order. The only reason I didn’t, was because of Ted who had been really helpful to us.
The way she spoke to us, or rather her tone, felt condescending. Belittling, like my family and I were toddlers who knew nothing. We had a few aspects of the order we simply wanted to confirm, because it was a large order, but she made us feel as though we were over exaggerating or wrong for that. Like we should’ve purchased the $8000 order with our eyes closed and no questions asked and if we did otherwise we couldn’t afford it. I’m not sure if it was a race issue, or simply just her attitude.There were more things I needed to purchase for my new house, but because of that lady’s attitude I didn’t. I will never shop again from that location.

I had a terrible experience with Structube (online store not this specific store). My friend ordered a gift for delivery to my house, but he accidentally omitted the unit number. I called to correct the issue, and the support agent assured me that the update had been made and that I would receive the package. Despite this, a month passed with no delivery, so I called again. This time, I was told that they see it in their notes but no update had been made to add the unit number, but it was corrected during the call. After five more months and no delivery, they eventually issued a refund. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

The Ancaster store is well stocked with all the current products found on their website, making it a great location to try out an item you are considered purchasing. We had 3 different chairs we picked out on the website that we were thinking of buying and we're very happy to be able to sit in each chair and make an informed decision on our purchase.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, without being overbearing.
We ordered our chairs online and received them within 7 days, which was earlier than expected. The delivery service was excellent.

Wild Goose Chase
They have nice furniture unfortunately it will take close to a year to bring it home. We purchased a table and chairs. We were told they would take a couple months to come in. After a couple months with out hearing from structube we contacted them. They mentioned it would be a few more months. This wild goose chase has happened twice now and we are still months from receiving our furniture. The solution stuctube gave us was “pick something else. “ We picked what we did because we liked those specific pieces. We don’t want to restart the wild goose chase.
