Dress shopping is at the bottom of my list of fun things to do. I expect to feel uncomfortable. Today we walked in with our Sunday grub on and felt so welcomed. We had the most friendly and accessible experience here! We came in to find formal dresses for a winter wedding and Nancy and her staff we wonderful! They let us wander around checking in here and there. When it came to trying dresses on they were more than helpful and honest regarding fit. We are so glad we each walked out with gorgeous one of a kind dresses (2 for $700!) feeling really excited! Nancy is lovely and takes her time with you and makes the experience personable, positive and fun!

Coach Pyramid is an absolutely beautiful store! I have never seen such an amazing selection of ladies wear. The owner Nancy is a gem and made sure we were taken care of. We will be back!

I tried to shop local but had a brutal experience with a bully employee named Nancy telling me to try Walmart instead. Left the store beyond disgusted with the service and will not be returning. Could not recommend any less.

Went in to shop with a friend and support local. We were looking forward to it but when I asked where we could find the denim the woman didn’t look our way and told us to “find it ourselves because she is too busy doing her job to help” I’m not sure why I wasn’t worth her time but they really need to learn how to respect and appreciate the customers that come to spend their hard earned money here. Won’t be headed back unfortunately.

Was at Coach Pyramids today, and had a great shopping experience. Between Nancy and Joanne, they helped me look for items that would go with a jacket I was purchasing. The end result was I purchased three items, and all were on sale at a great discount. Hope to go back when the summer line is available. Awesome staff. Margaret😊

False Advertising and very poor Customer Experience. I've shopped here multiple times and spent a good amount of money, but i'm deeply disappointed by the owner's refusal to honor a clearly marked sale. Several identical items in different sizes were placed on a 50% off rack, yet, she refused to sell them at the discounted price. When I politely pointed, this constitutes false advertising and urged her to honor the sale, the owner dismissed the issue, stating she wasn't feeling well and didn't want to deal with it. This experience has left me aghast! An item the owner claimed couldn't be discounted is available at a Reduced price on multiple websites including Muskoka Bay Clothing/joseph-ribkoff-241903. Furthermore, this product has been in her store for months and is not a new arrival. While I value supporting local businesses, and have found the owner pleasant in the past, this situation has cost her a loyal customer. I will be sharing my experience with others and encouraging them to shop elsewhere. Consumers have plenty of options and comparison.Shopping ensures the best value.
