I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at UPS Store 338 in Ancaster, largely due to the conduct of the store manager, Jeffery.
I brought in a small, low-value package to ship to the U.S. and was not informed of brokerage fees at the time of shipment. The $10CAD package incurred $36USD of brokerage fees. When problems arose, I returned to the store multiple times seeking help. One employee attempted to assist me by calling an internal UPS number and relayed information to me in good faith.
When I later called the store to follow up, Jeffery answered. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he flatly denied what his own employee had told me, accused both of us of lying, and then hung up on me.
Beyond the rudeness, there was clear incompetence and lack of understanding of UPS policies at the store level, which directly contributed to my situation. Rather than taking responsibility or assisting a customer, Jeffery chose to be dismissive and hostile.
This matter has now been formally escalated to UPS corporate. I would not recommend this location.

Hi,
I visited your store today to get my passport photo taken, and I was very disappointed with the service. The staff member who assisted me was extremely rude and disrespectful. I simply mentioned that my photo was not clear and politely asked if it could be reprinted. Instead of helping, he started arguing with me.
In the end, he even told me to leave the store. This is unacceptable, especially when customers are paying for a service. We expect basic respect and professionalism. I hope this issue is addressed so no one else has to experience this kind of behavior.

Amazing Service from Jen at UPS!
Jen is absolutely incredible. She took care of all my shipping labels, handled everything quickly and perfectly, and still managed to assist other clients at the same time. Her multitasking skills are unbelievable, and she truly goes above and beyond for everyone.
Everyone in the store was grateful for her help. She is professional, efficient, and genuinely wonderful. UPS is lucky to have her!
Highly recommend her service!

I lost my receipts showing the tracking number. The institution I was mailing to stated they did not receive the package. I called UPS Canada and they said call the store. So, I did and this store said, to call UPS Canada. I am never using UPS again. -
