“Mastermind Toys Ancaster is one of the best places to visit when you’re looking for toys, games, and gifts for kids. They have an amazing variety of products for children of different ages, including all kinds of toys, board games, educational games, costumes, creative activities, fancy school bags and many other items. The store is well-organized, clean and offers a great shopping experience. There’s something for every child, whether you’re looking for a birthday gift, a special occasion present, or simply something fun and educational. The customer service was excellent. The team was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout my visit. A staff member took the time to help me find the perfect item based on what I was looking for. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the willingness to assist. Another great touch was the complimentary gift wrapping. They wrapped the item beautifully, which made the experience even more convenient and special. Overall, my in-store experience at Mastermind Toys Ancaster was very positive on Sept.9 at 5:30pm. Great selection, helpful staff, excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this location to parents, families and anyone looking for quality toys and gifts for kids. I’ll definitely be visiting again!”

“Love the last one star review. I bet you this Karen couldn't even say why they lost the sale. The people at 1UP have always been informative and nice, so this seems wrong and stupid.”

“Always a treat coming here. The building has some steps leading up to it, but the staff always offer a helping hand for getting strollers inside. The store owner has also been super communicative & helpful in ordering certain products not always in stock. Absolutely love their selection of toys & the quality. You can tell they really care about what they bring in. Will 100% keep coming back.”

“Had a birthday party for my 5 year old here & the kids had a blast. We got assigned a host & our host was amazing with the kids. We totally didn’t feel like we had just hosted 14 kids & their parents at the end of the day. They provided everything except food & drinks, so we just came in with cake & juice packs & ordered pizza from within the same plaza. The highlight for the kids was the Play lab & Geoffery the giraffe”

“We had a bunch of baby - toddler items for them to sort. Respectfully, they selected about 50% of the items to keep. After about 45 minutes, we recieved a text message. They gave us cash for the items they wanted and gave us back the items they didn't want back in the same bags. Whatever was left over, we will select to sell on marketplace and donate to goodwill. Thank you for helping us giving back to new families with young children. Highly recommend them.”
