“Back bumper problem...I had already been told elsewhere that I would need a new bumper, approx $2k. I stopped at Carstar for another opinion. Greeted by Amanda, who asked Jamie to have a look. He was down in the snow in the lot, went and got some tools, did some handy work, and all was good, not loose any more. If eventually I need a new bumper, or any other body work, I will absolutely come here. Super great people, friendly, want to help. Well done!”
