Literally the worst bank to deal with. I tried to settle my dads bank account and was told on the phone that they can do it only in person in the bank. I take a day off work to go in to be told theres nothing they can do. The biggest joke of a bank I've ever been to.

Switched our mortgage this year to this branch what a nightmare and s joke it has been. It's been months and things still aren't right. No one answers emails or phone calls or messages can't wait to remortgage already.
