What a store! Found my favorite new place to buy my aquarium supplies. Great selection of fish, aquatic plants and supplies. Fantastic staff, everyone is so friendly and happy to help. Have already brought home some of my favorite fish I have bought to date from Rick's Pet Store. The only problem is this place is so close to home it's dangerous. Thanks for everything Lynn, Gwen and Ashley. Be back very soon for more inhabitants for my aquariums.

The afternoon sales representative today was an absolute gem! Her knowledge and kindness made my visit a joy. She's very passionate about animals and provided excellent advice for my pet's needs. (I have a miniature American Sheppard) Will definitely continue to shop here, just because of how she made my day! ?❤️

A small pet store, but it is cozy. If you're planning on getting a fish I recommend that as they do have a variety of fish to choose from. They also have an awesome variety of pet supplies and as much as the actual pets are important supplies are often overlooked.

I was in a few days ago while a young man was working. I was interested in buying some fish. I had asked a few questions as i am a beginner and had no idea what i was looking for. From the beginning he was very condescending and rude. I was only trying to learn on how to properly take care of my potential new pet and he was certainly the least helpful person. I did not end up buying fish that day, i went to petsmart on the weekend and they were more than helpful. Please be careful of this young man as he is very volatile and made a very impact on my customer experience. I will not be returning. I have had very good experiences there in the past, but unfortunately this experience has caused me to search for a different business in Arnprior.

I like Ricks. It's small, personal and not a big box chain. Great selection of pet needs. And some interesting pets too.
