Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating service here. There was also no line when we went in on a weekday morning, so the staff were super quick, which is great when you have a baby and are applying for their first passport! Definitely worth the drive from Ottawa.

What a great experience! I walked in, staff is smiling eager to help. Sophia took the time to guide me through my CPP and old age pension. No line, no waiting, small town hospitality 20 minute drive outside of Ottawa much better than long lines highly recommend this site. This is the way to go for your all your ServiceOntario...
