Excellent and efficient service with reasonable prices. The owner, Dave, is always able to answer my questions and come up with repair solutions that meet my needs and my budget. The mechanic who has completed repairs on my vehicle most frequently, Dan, completes his work in a timely fashion and is always realistic when it comes to what needs to be repaired now vs. what can wait and be budgeted for in the future. I will continue to return to Ballymote Auto Service for all my vehicle repair and maintenance needs.

While I imagine the work completed is fine, I was charged more than I was told on the phone after they inspected my vehicle and outlined the repairs to be completed. When I asked how that's possible, I was told that the person I spoke with on the phone forgot to add three things to the price I was given.Then when I asked about warranties on their work and parts, the young man at the desk couldn't give me a solid answer about what I could do should I run into issues when I picked up my car.Would love to have had a better customer experience.Service: General repairs & maintenance
