same management now in Elliott Lake Rexall pharmacy March 2024. Same problems, added cash fees, mix up and problems with insurance, everybody knows since July, store is empty.

I have often had problems with waiting for my medications. I have been instructed to come back after lunch, then told to come back after 3:30, only to be turned away again as though I'm being unreasonable. Many times my insurance card is not successfully billed. This isn't a problem at another pharmacy
