Was in there a couple of weeks ago with an unauthorized withdrawal from my account which left me with no money for groceries, so a big emergency for me. I was listened too and helped by Lisa and her Branch Manager Vanessa. They were both so helpful and patient. They helped me resolve all my problems and my emergency was done. Thank you so much for all your help.

After initial mortgage settlement, I emailed to cancel the BMO temp account after 6 months. My email was ignored, i guess they only care when they can make money off of you.

I have not tried their in branch services, just stopped by to get a cash from ATM. They have plenty space for parking at least, and inside the branch was not crowded at all.

I registered for a bmo account online. Upon completion it told me to go to any bmo branch to pick up my debit card. Went to this branch which was totally empty, only one customer aside from me in there. They told me I'd have to make an appointment and come back and the lady I spoke to was quite rude when I told her I've already registered I just need a debit card. Went to another location that was very busy and the teller proceeded to give me my card no questions asked. Took all of 5 minutes. Do not use this aurora location it sucks and so does its staff.

Has a wonderful staff of kind and helpful persons. Their locations are very clean, comfortable, friendly and beautiful. Michele is the best business banker in Aurora, she greets every client that walks in and will do everything to help her customers have the best banking experience.
