I have had an unrelenting series of unfortunate events that led needing to rent a vehicle from this store - when I called, it was urgent; I was drained, exhausted, unnerved, and frankly just fed up.

Dan Jandreeski ended up taking my call and right off the hop I felt more confident and secure that this process of renting a vehicle - amongst the frustration and disappointment with my recent conversations elsewhere - would not consume what little patience I had left.

Dan was hastily helpful, definitely knows his stuff, and is willing to work for you. In this kind of position I understand it could be easy to separate the customer from their journey that brought them into the store, but Dan did not. I cannot express how relieving it was for things to go smoothly, and hold confidence that even if there was a bump in the road - I wouldn't be fighting a company to do what's right.

Also, the young gentleman named Keegan - who sought after prepping and reviewing the vehicle with me - was very professional, courteous, and eager to maintain the same level of exceptional service that Dan lead with.

I don't often leave reviews, but the stellar service that was provided from this particular branch warrants this write up, and are deserving of the recognition of those reading it on both sides of the desk with Enterprise here.
