The touch free isolating nozzles do not work. I took this video and showed the attendant that their nozzles are seized and do not actually wash the vehicle. The vehicle was literally soaked with detergent and a rinse. Attendant told me that I needed to do the safe touch and totally dismissed this video that clearly shows the system not working. The car is as dirty as it was when it went in. I have a car wash pass and I know exactly how these systems are supposed to operate and the fact that the attendant told me I was wrong for going with safe touch was infuriating.
Additionally, the CircleK application at this location has issues and does not offer car wash pass holders a code at the start of the wash. I had to go inside and get a wash code. This car wash is poorly operated and maintained.

I went to this Circle K on September 26, 2025, at around 7:24 AM. The morning cashier was extremely rude. He snatched the cash right out of my hands and repeatedly asked if I had change in a very unfriendly way. He didn’t greet me, didn’t say thank you, and completely lacked basic customer service skills. Last time I visited, another cashier was much friendlier, so this was a huge disappointment. This experience ruined my morning, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back when this employee is working. Circle K, you can do better—please hire staff who actually respect customers.

Never at the counter after 12am.
I can’t purchase gas no one is inside even if I knock a few times and waist. Last two times I have gone it’s been like this, today it happened around 1:08am (July 2nd)

I had used my monthly plan code at another location, only to find out that the wash was out of service. I then drove to this location hoping to get my car washed. However, it wouldn’t generate another code for me on the same day. This happened on Christmas Eve of 2024. The gentleman on duty that night was very kind and offered me a ticket after learning about my situation. I really appreciated what he did for me, even though it was not his fault.

I go to the school next to the circle k. When I came in with my friends for lunch, a lady came up to us and told us to leave our backpacks at the door. And told us not to leave without paying. I told her I wasn’t planing on stealing but she told me” that’s what they all say” if I could leave 0 stars I would
