there’s this Persian staff I think, being extremely rude. He seems like he doesn’t want to work here, as he was just rolling his eyes while talking to me in an impolite way. The worst customer services I have ever seen, other staffs are way better, and it seems like he is a manager. Hope he could change his attitude, just maybe start from being a cashier, the manager position doesn’t fit for him.

I had just had a deplorable experience at a 52 First Commerce Dr., Aurora, Ontario.
As I approached the cash with cart full of items totaling $118.54, I did not receive a single greeting or thank you. I had the most rude young woman cashing me out and when I mentioned it to the woman I believe was the manager, she said not a single word, that alone a apology for the terrible service I received today. If I could have given
a 0 star rating or negative rating, I would have. This is the first such experience, at this location. It was dreadful.

Do not buy gift cards at this store. When I purchased a home sense gift card at this dollarama, the cashier told me she could not provide a gift receipt. Three weeks later.. I am unable to use the gift card at home sense. Being told by home sense that the card is invalid and not to buy from stores like dollarama or shoppers. Dollarama told me it is not their issue when I phoned them. I have a $100 charge on my credit card, an invalid gift card, and dollarama is doing nothing about it.

Worst cashier guy with curly hair was sooooooo rude and impoliteWhen he dropped my stuff and didn’t even say sorry or anything I told him with smile sorry and he answered with sooooooooooo bad words more than 5 min my kid cried in car so much why that guy told you go dir and ……..after that day I went to talk with manager she told me we gave him warning but it’s not enough because I don’t want see him again ????????????????????????

This is Dollarama. You know what to expect here. The main difference with the is location is that the aisles are very long. I was looking for some stocking stuffers and they did not disappoint.The best thing was that they have five cashiers on staff today. The lines were long, but they moved quickly.

Staff at this location is especially friendly. I had question about their products on multiple occasions. It was always answered with care, they even took apart one of the items to help me figure things out.
