We really enjoy the car rental experience at this location. The check in service is fast and convenient. Not much hassle involved. The gentleman who helped us with the check in service is very helpful and nice. Will definitely come back again for car rental!

Dealing with the guys at this location was excellent.They pride themselves on the voice of the customer.
I booked a full size car, was provided a 2021 Mazda 6 - was excellent on gas given our drive from Toronto to NJ/NY (Manhattan) the only downside was the car was not equipped with Navigation which was very important esp if you are driving in the US.
FYI: Do not use Waze, it recalibrates all the time. Apple Maps worked well

I’ve had the pleasure of renting cars from Joshua at Enterprise over the past couple of months, and I can confidently say that he provides exceptional service every time. He is always professional, courteous, and goes out of his way to ensure everything is seamless and hassle-free. His willingness to help and attention to detail truly set him apart.

Had to rent a vehicle for a couple of weeks, these guys were awesome every time I called and had to extend no problems, vehicle was in mint condition and an excellent drive. If you need to rent this is the place to go.

I was not 100% satisfied with my rental, but the level of professionalism of two employees at this location, was just above anything you can expect today! I regret not asking their names so I can leave a better review but it was a tall young gentlemen in a hat and a young lady that gave a ride that I desperately needed after I dropped my rental. They both delivered exceptional service, comforted me with a warm conversation and absolutely just made my day. They sensed me in distress approached me with caution, were super nice, profesional and understanding it really felt like they care and that's what we all miss today! Both gentlemen and a lady deserve to work as managers minimum and maybe even moved to higher position in the company as they have something in them that most people lost today! Gives me hope!
Way to go Enterprise hiring best people is the way to go! Problems always can happen no matter what and it's not about being perfect, but how you deal with problems and unfortunate situations! And you guys did above and beyond!

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
Reserved a car for rental and told them I’d be late getting into town, probably late morning. I was a few hours late and without calling me they rented the car out from under me with no others available and left me hanging and completely screwed without solutions.
Completely unprofessional and total disregard for customer service. A joke really.

Wont answer your calls, will charge you extra for fuel even when you return with the same level, won’t close your contract until 2 weeks after you return the car and will then surprise you with an unexpected charge. Won’t recommend

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE, I BOOKED A 7 PASSENGER MINI VAN 2 MONTHS AGO TRAVELLING TO THE US TOMORROW MORNING, I CALLED TO CONFIRM THIS WEEK IF ALL WAS OK, WENT TO PICK UP THE VAN TODAY AND THEY GAVE ME AN SUV, NO CARGO ROOM AND LEG ROOM I AM DISABLED AND THIS IS MY FIRST TIME TRAVELING IN 4 YEARS, THEY ARE LIERS.
