Will update as we become an actual customer-router hasn't been delivered yet-but I just want to say Vlad, the installer, is a very polite and knowledgeable person. The wiring he installed throughout the basement today is very neat and tidy. He was very efficient and clean in his process throughout our home in Ancaster. Signal strength in our area is great which is refreshing to hear since Bell barely provides strength for emails.

Peter and Roman were both very knowledgeable and professional. They were willing to work with me to find a solution to mount my StarLink dish and did a really clean job at it too. Great guys who explained what was going to happen every step of the way and listened to my input as well. We managed to find a location on my roof with full clearance. Excellent StarLink installation.

Do not buy their router! They con you into buying their VERY old router that did not connect to even my iPhone or my laptop (not compatible since it was so old). The installer already unboxed and plugged the router in and made it sound like it would be the same router Xplornet would offer. I later asked to return the router since it did not work with my devices. I was told to drive it to their office 2 hours away and that they would not refund me the full $80 since there was a $35 installation fee. I feel so ripped off!

Wish I could put zero stars. 4 months 4 visits to adjust my receiver. These folks are a joke. Even wanted to charge me for a ladder.

We were told we cannot get LTE in our cottage in Tiny. Jack sent installer who was able to get signal from a extendable pole. Now we have unlimited, yay!

Absolutely the worst service and installer was so rude ... The company apparently booked visits when I was not available and he came twice
He said he is not helping me as he needs to charge me 40 dollars so how it this my fault ??i told him I don’t have it is ok to just go .. he said let me look at it he looked at his phone and came back said there is nothing to do and left..
Xplornet is the worst and they company they after he Left the internet slowed down and stop
I did have Sharon 3 times before.He was good he went up to the top of the house changed a few things
But this last guy who came to my house on sat june 22 to Newmarket @11
Never again
And advise to anyone out there DONT USE XPLORNET IT IS GARBAGE

Worst customer service ever, took 3 days off work waiting on them to show, when they did show they didn’t bring the right equipment. Called to see where they where and got no where . More or less got told where to go. I’d give zero stars if I could!

If I could give zero stars I would. They left old equipment in my front garden twice, cables strewn everywhere, no respect or care. Didn’t leave til 9pm last time, didn’t bring the right equipment. I was told they would come today, they didn’t give me a window... called in and was informed they would come between 1 and 5pm, they show up at 4:59. Pathetic service, we have had issues in the past with them. The only thing worse than xplornet satellite internet is their installers.
