got a used Taylor Made driver after getting some help from a friendly associate—he narrowed down my price range, what I was looking for, and let me test them out with 15+ shots each (coulda done more if I had asked) until I found the one that fit me well. buying used allowed me to get a great club for a fraction of the cost, and there was no pressure at all to try and get me to buy a more expensive one after he saw the cheaper one allowed me to hit straighter and further.
the check out process felt a little awkward and stale, and the woman helping me dinged my driver on the counter lol.

I bought a CPO taylormade stealth 2 plus hybrid from here about 3 weeks ago. I was told from a sales rep that i had 30 days to bring it back for an exchange since i came close to closing and bought it on a whim. Unfortunately, thats not their policy when it comes to CPO clubs and I guess she meant to say 7 days. Either way. Chester the manager there honored what i was told and allowed me to exchange the club. For a big chain store that golftown is i got to hand it to chester for honoring his employees mistake. Usually I don't review anything but small businesses, but i have to give praise to the manager at golf town aurora for helping me out so much. Even though the woodbridge location is closer to me, i wont shop at any other golftown besides here now. Thanks again Chester. And please dont reprimand the associate who helped me with my initial purchase! Everyone makes mistakes!

Friendly staff but I had them reattach an adapter to my shaft twice now and both times it progessively slide off. I bought a puller and ended up doing it myself. No issues.

It's a smaller golf town store, but the store layout is nice. Everything was easy to find, and it was well organized. I was able to find everything I was looking for.

Went to Aurora Golf town location for the first time and experience was amazing due to Daniel's exceptional service. He is very knowledgable, friendly and genuinely wanted to help pick the right equipment for me! Would only make the trek to Aurora for Staff like him!! He is a superstar!

I bought a full set today there, the staff went into the storage room, came out in literally one second and told me the demo is the only one they have. It's so obvious that he only wants to sell me the demo set. Guess what? They do have another new set in unopened box in their storage. I asked why he told me a different story before, he just snuggled and said "everyone makes mistakes." He didn't even say sorry, just snuggled, like this is how Golf Town has been treating customers all along. I will not come back again. This store treat customers as they are stupid.
