Aurora Hyundai is an amazing dealership!!I brought my Hyundai Elantra into the dealership for inspection and the service department went over and above to resolve and provide a solution to the issues I was facing with my car.The team at Aurora Hyundai goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and makes anyone who walks through their doors feel acknowledged and appreciated.A big thank you to Linda the receptionist who was so kind and professional, she provided updates on my car and allowed this process to be effortless. I would recommend this dealership over and over again.Thank you!!

The Service department at this location is horrible. I bought a car from them in 2019 and the sales department was great but its been less than 5 years since ive got the car and I am now having internal engine issues. There was a recall on my car for the piston rings not being treated properly and the dealership will not check the piston rings again to see if this is causing the issue and charged me $160 to run a diganostic scan to tell me that the issue is an internal engine issue and that it would cost me another $880 to have that accessed. I already told them before I brought it in that my private mechanic had run the diagnostics and that it was an internal engine issue but they stated they have better scanning and diagnostic's and that they would be able to diagnose it for the $160 even though my mecahnic wouldnt. I would not recommend anyone deal with their service department as they have been very rude and unhelpful

Where do I start; I guess by saying if I could, I would give this dealer zero stars.This dealership was my number one go to for a long time. I ended up having to switch dealers due to moving a little further away, however, after moving back into the area, I decided to start going back and everything was great! People were nice (other than the rude receptionist), service manager Hailey would go above and beyond, things were done quick, great experience overall as many of would expect.I’ve spent thousands here.. between order parts, accessories, simple vehicle maintenance appointments (especially considering an average oil change on “N” brand vehicles averages around $200 and I do all my maintenance at 5,000kms). Having owned Hyundai vehicles, all been Hyundai “N” vehicles (top of the line) or the equivalent, I’m sure you can start get the picture and have an idea of the money I’ve spent here.Anyways, up until recently everything was fine.. until their service manager Hailey left.. that’s when things went south real fast..I’m pretty particular about my vehicles and take much pride in my accomplishments to own my vehicles (as many of us probably do). After taking it in for a simple oil change and tire rotation (first time back since Hailey left), I ended up having to go back twice in the same day because they didn’t re-adjust the tire pressures, left grease all over my steering wheel and shifter from the tech taking it (which has bright light blue stitching all through it), and left the tire caps off my tires after finally adjusting it, leaving me to have to go spend MORE money at Canadian tire for new TPMS caps and having to get my vehicle detailed in order to get the grease out. After all that, nothing was really done other than “we're sorry, we won’t do it again.”Next, it was the start of winter and my vehicle had ended up having a faulty rear sensor(s). I called and explained my concern to which I was told this was weather related and that everything would work itself out, that when the weather became nice, it would fix itself.. this was not the case. I had waited roughly 3 months with no safety features in the rear of my vehicle due to the service adviser's telling me to just “wait.” Later, called it in again, to which they finally told me they’d look, but that it probably wouldn’t be covered by warranties due to it being weather related and that they’d have to disassemble the rear of my brand new vehicle AND charge me $380, just to diagnose the issue, and that if it was faulty from weather, it wouldn’t be covered (i have the extended warranty package for bumper to bumper, everything should be covered).After arguing and getting no where with this, I took it to another dealer and had them look into it for FREE and is now in the process of getting fixed by that dealer instead, fully covered by warrenties.Lastly; yesterday was the nail in the coffin for me with this dealer. I ended up having a hard engine fault due to water getting some of the electrical component wet from washing the vehicle (known issue within the “N” community) and ended up having to get towed. This is a known issue at Hyundai Canada and they have even brought out a new part to address this issue. I decided I’d give them a second chance and called explaining what happened, and asked if it would be okay for me to drop my vehicle off to get looked at. Same service adviser once again, hesitant from the moment I mentioned what happened, explained that if it was water, it wouldn’t be covered, long story short.. after asking to speak to Ray (the service manager who handles everything warranty related) and getting a very rudely started conversation, we argued back and forth only to have him insinuate that they didn’t want my business, that I should take it else where..My vehicle is currently at another dealer, being looked at, free of charge once again and covered by its warranty..This has been an extremely unprofessional experience on their behalf to say the least and I definitely won’t be back.Stay clear of this dealer.

Zero stars if that were an option. Took our car here and was given the wrong diagnostic, charged for it and still had car issues. Just took the car elsewhere and they found the actual problem and fixed it.

Super shady dealership! I had to find childcare twice to come in to buy a vehicle at the advertised price, only to find at the 11th hour when signing paperwork there were a ton of hidden and made-up extra charges. They weren’t willing to sell the car without $2000 worth of floor mats which are sold on the Hyundai website for about $400. I was told that though I wouldn’t be willing to buy the car over asking for significantly higher than advertised, in this market, “someone else will.”EDIT: Since the dealership owner has accused me of lying, I’d encourage other prospective buyers to check out the other 1-star reviews - funny how many “liars” have had the same experience! Good thing I have a copy of the contract they tried to get me to sign.

I purchased a Tucson at Aurora Hyundai dealership, and the salesman in charge at this time was Mike. He was very friendly and had a customer-first attitude. He kept me informed of the progress of my purchase, which allowed me to prepare in advance. When I had a question, he answered immediately and provided relevant information to prevent me from misunderstanding. I was very satisfied with his service.

Recently had service completed here for a simple oil change inclusive of fluid top ups and tire pressure check.They failed to check my tire pressure (or did and just failed to inflate to manufacturer specs) even though I specifically asked about it. I was also charged a misc. fee not explained on my invoice. The explanation later provided was that I was charged $5 for washer fluid (odd considering I just filled it to the brim yesterday)... and also odd as the service fee is inclusive of the fluid top up.Went to the dealership but failed to receive the service and was overcharged. Positive note - they have agreed to refund the overcharge of $5 upon me returning to the dealership.Back to Midas Aurora for any future service as Hyundai Aurora has lost my trust.

My recent purchase of a 2024 Kona Preferred at Aurora Hyundai was exceptional, thanks to Mike. Mike is an incredibly helpful person who understands what I want throughout the entire car-buying process. From the first day, I walked in, Mike was always available to assist us. Even after the delivery, he continued to follow up, going beyond his duties to ensure our comfort. Mike was patient, addressed all my queries via email and text and concerns, ensuring our confidence and satisfaction. I highly recommend choosing Mike for your new vehicle purchase. The only minor downside was the interior of the dealership, which was less appealing compared to others.

They wouldn't do warranty service on our car without even looking at it. They wanted to charge $500 to just look at it without actually doing any service. They told us that we should take the car back to Brockville if we wanted service because it was originally serviced in Brockville. There is no customer service here, they do not want to help. I'll never buy another Hyundai and it's because of this dealership. Having read the reviews for this dealership, it's clear that they go above and beyond if you're here to buy a car, but once they've made that sale you are on your own.
