One would thinking shopping at Mastermind Toys might also provide better service. Not the case in the Aurora store. There is no pricing on the packaging, and when I asked for help, I was told to bring the item I was asking about to the cash for scanning in order to learn the price. So as I walked around and picked up an item, I would have made 5-7 trips to the cash.
Every question I had was vaguely answered, even from the acting store manager.
There were two store clerks wrapping, ignoring any other customer that required service, I had to excuse myself first to ask a question. This service is unacceptable from a company that is tying to stay in business. In the end, I found the SAME toys, priced and easier to find in Walmart.
Also, as an FYI, the Greenlane store has far better customer service.

I was assisted by a friendly, helpful Mastermind Toys sales associate who went out of her way to locate a game that I wanted to purchase. Unfortunetly all Mastermind locations were sold out. I didn't leave empty handed, purchasing a different game she recommended. Thank you.

It was great for small kids items but nothing really for that 7 to 10 year old as they are today. Maybe re think what today's kids enjoy

Was processing a purchase from one register that timed out after a few minutes, I was handed a receipt that said rejected. Then processed and completed the purchase on another register. I was charged two separate amounts for the exact same product, the manager told me the duplicate amount (which supposedly was rejected but still appeared on my bank statement) will be reversed in 2 days. This was 4 days ago, I came in a few days later and they said it’s a known IT issue and they’re working on it and I need to call my bank to sort it out….I’ve been on the phone for almost an hour now regarding this and now have to talk to the claims/fraud department. Thanks Mastermind ????Edit: For the record, i have sent an email to Mastermind as they suggested in this review's reply, and they said they'd get back to me in 2-3 days in their automated email. That was 9 days ago. Management really cares ;)
