The lady at the reception has a very unprofessional attitude towards clients. Despite calling multiple times to book an appointment for a wheel alignment, she failed to do so and kept giving vague answers. When I finally decided to drive there, hoping to speak to someone else, she was still the one at the desk. She informed me that a wheel alignment would take 3-4 hours, which is ridiculous since it usually takes 45 minutes. Then, she told me to leave my car there until lunchtime without giving me a clear estimate of when they could start. When I asked how many cars were ahead of me, she said just two - one already being worked on and one next. I said I'd wait, but she insisted that I shouldn't and refused to give me a proper appointment. She seemed to be doing everything possible to avoid customers getting any service at this shop. I usually go to the guys at 16995 Yonge St in Newmarket, who are reliable, but they are having issues with their alignment machine, so I gave this branch a try. I deeply regret it - it was a complete waste of time and an awful experience.

Another great experience with Tina and her crew. Recommended some great tires for my Sierra 1500, competitive price, work scheduled promptly and completed on time as promised. Tires are quieter with a better ride as promised.
