This pharmacy was one of the few pharmacies open on boxing day and they were very nice and courteous and giving advice in particular not getting us to you know purchase something that we did not need. It was definitely a very positive experience and I would return back based on how professional they were.

I recently visited Dr. for neuropathy and had an exceptional experience. Dr. Reza Azarpazhooh is highly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He listened to my concerns with great care and took the time to make me feel energized and hopeful. The office staff, especially the receptionist, was also very professional and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Azarpazhooh and give him the highest rating for his expertise and compassion.

My experience with Dr. Horri's clinic has unfortunately been marked by inconsistency and unprofessionalism. Despite booking an appointment well in advance, it was canceled at short notice due to the unavailability of the doctor. While attempting to reschedule, I encountered difficulties reaching the receptionist, even after multiple attempts to follow up.
Upon finally securing an appointment, I arrived for my scheduled time, only to be informed that the doctor was unavailable yet again, with conflicting information provided by the receptionist. Despite my efforts to confirm the appointment prior to my visit, I was met with rudeness and disrespect from the receptionist, who dismissed my concerns without addressing them.
The lack of communication and disregard for patient care exhibited by the clinic's staff is deeply concerning. Patients should be able to trust that their appointments will be honored and that they will be treated with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of these expectations.

Whatever your problem may be, stay away from Dr. K. Horri. He is a very rude, aggressive, and unprofessional physician.He does not care about the well being of his patience, as he emotionally traumatized me. I feel devastated, and abused. He is a horrible doctor, with apparent mental issues. He should not be a family doctor at all. Stay away from this idiot.

The wait time to see the doctor is extremely long, the receptionists don't know anything about professionalism and are rude. I do not recommend this clinic at all. They make you to get your prescription from their own pharmacy and try to do business. They don't care about the patients.

Drs and Pharmacists are great but the language barrier can be a problem with the front desk. They only speak Farsi and seem to mistreat the patients that don’t. They are always extremely rude and unprofessional towards my family (English speakers only) but when someone walks in speaking Farsi, it’s a different story. It’s a shame you have to deal with these ladies before seeing the Healthcare providers who are always helpful, friendly and willing to provide a good service

The price of drugs in this pharmacy is almost double. It happened a couple of time that I got the same thing almost half price in other drug store. They also do not care about the expiration date on the package. So if you have to buy from them double check the price and the expiration date.

Can't recommend this clinic to anyone. I've received horrible service from the woman on the reception. I called to make an appointment for my 2 years old son but I was told that I can come at any time I want and no appointment is needed. But when we came it appears that we have to wait for hours because I didn't make an appointment. And on question to the receptionist why did you tell me like that she replied that because I said that it was my first time at the clinic. But it was a lie, she even didn't ask me about this. And she easely could find me in the system after. So it means I have been there before and have a family doctor. Actuall all members of our family were there and sign documents with the doctor Koroush Horri.. But she was looking at me and just lying. Then I was told by our doctor Koroush that if my son does the test on Saturday, then result will come on Monday and he will call us with the next steps. On Monday nobody called. I called at the end of the day and I was told that the clinic didn't get our result. Next day, today I called again and I've heard the same answer. So I asked the staff of clinic to call to the lab and ask about the result. Aparently the did it because after few minutes they called me back and told me that my son's result is ready and the doctor will call today. And guess what?.. right, nobody call. So my son has a fever 38 and it has been 3 days since we are waiting for the next steps from our doctor. They just don't care!
