If you’re looking for something different they have beautiful quality clothing for women . Staff is very helpful and courteous . Make sure you try on everything before you buy as they have an unfriendly returns policy . 7 days for exchange or credit . NO REFUNDS. I would have given them 5 stars if it weren’t for their returns policy .

Great shop selection of clothing. Something for everyone and every age really. Quality clothing, clean nice store, staff was beyond helpful and efficient. Best part? Beautiful well behaved dog slept while we shopped :) Had a great experience.

I have reviewed Oakridges previously because it is the only store where I shop for my clothes. What I really like is that the owner Deb is very careful about choosing her inventory. I have been able to mix and match new items with clothes that I have purchased previously, even years before. This has created a wonderful selection of clothes that I feel great wearing. I also love the various brands she chooses. Thanks Deb!

This store has become my mother’s,my, and my best friend’s (who happens to be of African racial ethnicity) “goto” boutique and we travel quite a distance to shop there. I really don’t know if it’s allowed to respond to anegative review, but I happened to goon the site with the singular purpose of giving a review and so naturally read the other reviews. All were stellar which didn’t surprise me with the exception of one. And I was horrified when I read it. I have been in the shop many many times. They are very busy with clientele every time we’re there no matter what time of day we go and it’s obvious that many of those clientele are repeat customers which speaks for itself. Every single staff member is always professional, gracious and extremely accommodating even with “challenging” customers. I workedin the retail the industry for severalyears, so, yes, I DO recognize a challenging customer. I’ve seen more of them than I care to remember. The reason I mention my friend’s racialethnicity is because of a comment in the review I’m referring to, which by the way, I considered to be somewhat of a slur simply because “whoSAYS that”? Anyway, BRAVO Oakridge’s boutique. Keep up the great work. There’s a reason you’ve been in the business for years when especially in these times it’s been so difficult for even main stay retail establishments to stay afloat many of which haven’t.

Let’s start from the beginning! 10:05 am on a Saturday and the sign says closed! Went back at 10:30 open. Walked in with my elderly Mom. No greeting! Looked around very inflated prices for everything. Finally after 25 mins looking around was approached. Asked if they had petite length pants for my Mom. Lady had a severe rotten attitude thinking she was educating me on sizing. Because she’s the “expert” My Mom asked in her italian speaking language how much the pants were. Lady says it’s the price she’s asking for? I said yes $98! I asked to see some pants that were on sale. They’re over there. No sales manners to guide my Mom over to the sale rack and maybe find something. Only after looking at the rack came over. We left no goodbye! They were rude before they moved to Wellington and they and much ruder now. Will never walk in there again. If you are charging for your service. You will need to adjust your pricing. No stars for this white only store!

I love this shop and the staff. I am always welcomed with smiles. Deb Clark has made Oakrige's Fashions my go to place to shop for current and classic fashions. She has turned a drab bank interior into a lovely, welcoming women's wear destination in downtown Aurora.

New store, new location, wrong attitudeBeen a customer of this family run business for years at all of the various locations. Went to the new Aurora location twice since opening.Sadly, Deb may have let her success get in the way of her humility. She completely disregarded me when I said hello and addressed her by name. I guess I wasn’t looking the part. What she didn’t know is that I was on a mission to replace my summer wardrobe ahead of a trip to Europe. Literally needed a full wardrobe because I dropped two sizes. This was a scene right out of ‘Pretty Woman’.Also, they used to carry a better selection geared to a cooler, more hip shopper. Now tends to be suited to an older, more conservative, have money to burn, clientele.I’m all about supporting local. Hopefully, she will not let the arrogance stall her success.

This is the only shop I go to for clothes. I discovered this store many years ago because a friend lives in Aurora and she shops here. Prior to COVID, the entire staff and the owner Deb really became friends. Sadly, many were let go because of COVID and I do miss them all. I highly recommend this store and Deb's new videos are wonderful. Deb has an incredible sense of style and personally attends to her clients tastes. She will always tell you the truth when you ask for her opinion. She is all about client relationships and not just selling. Looking for new clothes? All you need is Oakridge Outfitters.
