Got a carwash the other day and it barely got the dust off my car. Windshield was still dirty after. The wash seems to spray with very little pressure and not much soap - how will it ever clean your car?
The pumps at this station also play ads, with no option to mute them. Very annoying.
Will not return.

I will not be coming to this location again.
I come to this location regularly for car washes and I have the flex pass. I’ve refilled my flex pass after my final wash many times and received the extra car wash for doing so. Today when I tried to do the same thing Gourav insisted that I would not receive the extra wash because I had used my last wash. So when I asked if he could confirm what he is telling me because it doesn’t line up with what have been doing in the past, he was of no help! If I did go through with the purchase of the refill and it doesn’t work then he is “not responsible” - meaning he will not give me a refund. His only solution was to come back to speak with the manager on Monday (its Friday)and I am pretty sure that if I wait that long I will no longer qualify for the extra wash that comes with the refill. His problem solving and overall combativeness when speaking with me was disgusting, it was beyond poor customer service. He also took a phone call in the middle of speaking with me but couldn’t make a call to manager, coworker, or another location to confirm what he was saying to me. I also asked him if I could have a number to speak with a manager or anybody that could help with the situation to which he proceeded to give me a receipt and directed me to the phone number at the top - which would be the gas stations phone number. I truly did not appreciate him deliberately trying to make me feel stupid for trying to find a solution to the problem at hand.
Update:
I called another shell location (Yonge st. south of Mulock) and they were able to confirm OVER THE PHONE that my card can be uploaded and I WILL receive the extra wash according to his system. I went there to reload my card and had zero issues.

I have been going to this gas station for years. However, today’s experience made me wonder if I should continue going back to this gas station.I selected regular gas at the pump and I paid by credit card at the pump. However, when I look at the receipt. I noticed I was charged by premium price ($20 more than I normally paid). This is weird, so I brought the receipt to the cashier asking why I was charged with premium price with regular gas selected. The guy working there only blamed I selected the wrong grade by mistake and told me the pump is working fine. I am very sure I pressed the regular gas button and even asked the cashier to confirm regular gas is the yellow button on the far left, in which he did. Ultimately, I was very disappointed that instead of working with the customer to find out what happened, the staff blamed the customer without verifying the facts (I was told they cannot view the video footage and to come back the next day to speak with the manager). The pump also did not display the price properly (see photo).This is not helpful to my situation at all and blaming the customer was extremely offensive and adding salt to the wound. Anyway, they didn’t give me any refund/credit back of the difference between regular and premium gas. What a scam! And worst customer service!

When I bought the car wash flex pass, it never mentioned there is one year limited, also the customer service altitude is rude.

Told me my debit card didn't work, so I used the atm in the kiosk and guess what it worked fine. Got $ out and paid. Scammers.

Why does this place claim to be 24hours? I was here at 3 am Monday morning to pick up my Amazon delivery and it’s closed?! Amazon claimed that’s it’s 24 hours?! If they want to improve, I think they should place that Amazon lockers outside.

Walked into the store purchased gas also purchased a Visa gift card unfortunately at the same time that I was paying I received a phone call from my wife that I no longer needed the visa gift card, I decided to return it as the policy of every store states that its possible. I was advised that it is impossible to return the visa gift card plus the attendant advised me that “there is no management working over the weekend so there is nobody who can help me and I can go and handle it the way I want and nobody cares”. I am very unsatisfied with the service of the Shell gas station, I believe shell stands for higher standards than how they displayed during their treatment of me as a client.

Worst cashier(hanny) don’t know how to talk with customers. We must complain about them to the shell. Was really rude and unprofessional.

If you want a glorified car rinse, then this is your car wash. I've been to this location 3 times to wash my car and my car never comes out clean. I've never run into this problem with any other location. When I spoke to the attendant the second time, they acted like I was lying even though I recorded video of the wash. The soap doesn't come out evenly so during my first wash, it missed the entire driver side windshield. The attendant told me to call customer service about it because they couldn't do anything about it. Customer service is useless too. They said that since nobody else complained, it must not be a problem.

Standard gas station. I have been here a few times and notice they have network issues with the prepay at the pump which doesn't always work. Don't worry it's not your credit card. I wish they would put a sign up instead of making you try your credit card a few times and then move your car to a non prepay terminal. Their social distancing circles in the store is properly spaced, but one of the circles is so close to the entrance it doesn't make sense. Social distancing measures in effect.
