I had an excellent experience at Tirecraft Aurora and can confidently give them five stars.

I brought my 2017 Mazda CX-9 in for what I thought might be tire noise or suspension-related issues. Instead of guessing or upselling, the team took the time to properly diagnose the issue, including a thorough road test and inspection. They quickly identified the real problem as a front wheel bearing, explained everything clearly, and gave me practical options rather than pressure.

What really stood out was their honesty and restraint. They recommended replacing only the bearing that was clearly failing, even though it would have been easy to push for doing both. After the repair, they road-tested the vehicle again and explained that most of the noise was resolved, while transparently noting that the other bearing may need attention in the future — not urgently, and only when it actually becomes an issue.

Adam and Adrian were fantastic to deal with — calm, knowledgeable, and extremely customer-focused. They listened carefully, answered questions thoroughly, and were clearly focused on getting to the right repair quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively, not just selling work. We visited two tire shop where they couldn’t install the tire on the rims due to its small size but once we found Robs tire and auto a very friendly mechanic named Hatton installed the tire for us in less than 2 minutes because he had the adjustable machine. What I appreciate most about him is that he is never trying to oversell me on any product or service, and he always makes sure that I fully understand the problems with my car, as well as the repairs that he is recommending. I have an older vehicle, and as I am approaching the point where it will become more cost-effective for me to stop repairing it and buy a new one, he is actively engaging with me in conducting a cost/benefit and risk analysis each time my vehicle develops a new problem. The service I received was excellent. They had my tires in stock and gave me the option to buy a cheaper used brand name or used Michelin.

I didn't have to wait long for my tires to get changed.

I had a query about my old tires, the guy answered it and even walked back out in the cold storm snow to look at the tire and answer my question fully. He also asked me to come back in 4 weeks to make sure that everything was fine with the used tires that they had installed(this was as a result of my questions with my other tires).”
