I go to the Ultramar Aurora location, because of Daniel. Every time I walk in, he greets me with a smile, and ALWAYS has my purchase ready for me. Daniel’s customer service skills are second to none, they are impeccable! Most of the retail stores I shop at, the sales people are young, and don’t really care to help you, and appear to not want to be working, but not Daniel he is always happy and ready to help. If you want amazing customer service, visit the Ultramar Aurora, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Daniel for your great service!

Don't waste your time going to this gas station, pumps will take your bank card/pin and then freeze up like it's been skimmed or something.
Pay-at-the-pump hasn't worked correctly here in weeks and management is clearly too lazy to fix it. The amount of pissed off people at this gas station during the evening commute just trying to get home is stunning. Protect your bank info, just go elsewhere.

Very clean and organized inside, they have a big variety of snacks and drinks as well as some how this is the only gas station where my scratch cards hit almost every time.Also the car wash is very precise and keeps my car clean for weeks. Lastly, the customer service is unmatched. I love going inside to pay because Daniel (worker) is always a great guy and very helpful.I would recommend this station to anybody. Get some gas, come inside for some exclusive snacks and have a great conversation with Daniel.

I stop by this Ultramar frequently. I must say it's quite clean for a gas station knowing the amount of traffic that comes through the place. Staff is always helpful and welcoming, which I find very important.

My husband got a car wash here, then immediately drove over to SAC which is down the street to pick me and our daughter up from swimming. When he pulled up I asked “thought you went for a car wash?”, he got out and saw that it did a terrible job washing the car… so we drove back immediately and showed the attendant. He refused to issue a new ticket ($18 spent!) because we left the parking lot despite the fact that it was just a few minutes later and it’s clear skies and sunny out. We asked if the policy was written anywhere? And if we are supposed to get out and inspect every time? He said yeah we should and even guys with Ferrari’s come out to inspect their cars… and didn’t answer our question about the policy just said he had to go and walked away. Extremely disappointed with the experience we had here and will not be going back.

Gas service is good but guy there is sooooooooo rude so rude I pay for car wash and see it’s worth than before then he kept telling me I’m laying and try to have free ticket after I showed my car and then called police that I didn’t go out of his property I take photosNever ever again will go there and tell to all my friends not because of bad car wash just for that rude and …. Normally a gas station i frequent often. Clean with a friendly staff. Yet it takes one ignorant night night employee to be disgustingly rude. Apparently i took to long in the washroom for him, in which he proceeded to yell at me through the door claiming that the 24/7 station was trying to close. Then proceeded to tell me i am a lair for telling him i know the hours and they arnt closing. And that if he had kept the bathroom clean, i wouldnt have to wipe it down before i used it. Very rude individual. Any other time i have a great experience at this station.
