NOT IMPRESSED. Purchases 198 photos in gloss and they came back in satin finish. When I asked the lady what to do about it as they were already delayed a week from the day they were suppose to be finish she said call the photo center customer service. Hamani in at the call center was useless. She said she would get her boss to call me back she never did. They will not take accountability for the error and I honestly think you can find elsewhere to print HASSLE FREE.

Wouldn’t get off phone to help. Just carried on conversation while we stood for well over 5 minutes to be helped. Do not recommend. Go somewhere where business is welcomed

We have been in this store every week for a long time, My husband needs the electric cart he spent two and a half months in hospital last year and he needs an electric cart, fout times lately the thing ran out of battery power so he had to rely on just pushing the shopping cart that I had filled and he is so weak that it is hard for him to get out of the store. Maybe better batteries should be used. We have been there every week since he has been able to get out a bit we spent $178.00 today and when the cart ran out of battery he pushed the buggy to the huge line up we do use self check out period. I went to customer service to ask if someone could open up another cash register as there was only one being used. The girl at the cash register had finished with the customer she had the receipt was out of the register and all she needed to do was hand him his receipt. I told her that there is only one cashier open and my husband is crippled I couldn't say anything else she just started to yell at me and tell me how rude I was and I told her that if a cashier isn't open I will just leave and go home she said please yourself. I went back to my husband and said lets leave and just then a nice girl came and opened up and so we went to her and cashed out. That girl made the statement that she didn't know where all her coworkers are or what they are doing I agreed with her and said they are doing nothing. That will be the last time I will be shopping at walmart I will go to super store from now on. Thanks for my new mastercard but you can be assured I will not be using it anywhere. We have spent around $200.00 every week for a while now the girl that is on the cash in customer service should go work in a factory where she doesn't have to deal with people that are already upset because of a problem they are having I think the girl that came and opened up heard her yelling at me. I won't be back period.

If I could give this Walmart no stars I would. They should absolutely fire their manager for not being on time to open the store. 7am is the advertising time it is open. After waiting some extra time to get in once I was ready to check out there was no person at a till. Leaving self check out up to the customer!! I've lived in the area for over 5 years and watched this Walmart just dive right into the ground. The previous visit I did manage to get through a check out with a person, as I was checking out she didn't bag the bags that we pay for and she just stood there on her phone! I wish farm boy opened earlier!

The people that "work" at this Walmart are horrendous and if it wasn't 2023 where every company is happy to have "just anybody" work, they would all be unemployed. They act like they are unemployed anyways. The store is a mess. Literally. Nobody lifts a finger to clean. If you need help finding anything, good luck. You'll be met with attitude as if "how dare you expect me to do anything while working here". Their customer service is also horrible. If Walmart head office did a quality control visit to this location, most staff would be fired. We drive a little further to the Newmarket walmart on Davis where everyone is pleasant and you aren't needlessly stressed shopping at their store.

So disappointed in their service I asked for passport size photos and mariyam made up all sorts of excuses as to why it was not possible. Zero in customer service and helping out. Would never go back again.

Don't go, passport ID photo,charged me more than $50. The boss is a faker! Faker! Faker! He shows ugly smile. Even you want to go this photo store, ask price before you take any photo.

It was such a long wait I had to do shopping go back and wait more then finally returned my thing.All the same people from before I shopped also all showed up while I was waiting. She was putting phone before in-person customers, I found it insulting to all of us.* During Covid19*

Wanted to pick up something I ordered, and couldn't get what I needed because the employee was on lunch for an hour. If your hours say 11-6, that doesn't mean 11-2 then 3-6. Either adjust your hours or have additional staff available.

Walmart Optical/Vision Centre in Aurora is Super! Huge selection of very good, and affordable frames. Amazing special price for second pair. But best of all was Edward, an extremely skilled professional who worked with me to find the very best prescription for my glasses. He took a very long time experimenting with various lenses, based on the prescription from my optometrist - and the result was distance glasses that gave me even better results than that prescription! He then focused on my second pair - the reading glasses. Edward asked me if I used a computer and experimented with various lenses, deciding on ones that gave me the best of both worlds - being able to read even small print but at the same time, not having to scoot too close to the computer screen to see it properly.Now that I've been so wonderfully spoiled by him, I'd never go to anyone else! :-)
