Aylmer Auto Body, formerly Helder’s Auto Body is by far the best collision repair service in the area.Our family has used Aylmer Auto Body for over three generations. My Grandfather had all his repairs done when Tony ran the shop, my Dad would take his vehicles when Al Helder was in charge (I loved going to see his General Lee Charger!!) and now I use their services.Do yourself a favour and stop in to say hi to Josh, he is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. From the smallest of scratch to the biggest wreck he will treat you fair and the work is flawlessWhen I had my collision I was able to call Josh and he advised me on all the steps to take, dealt with my insurance and had me driving in no time.When our other vehicle was scratched I went in to see about the cost to fix, Josh buffed it out and wouldn’t take a dime.Great customer service and honest people.

Me and my wife took a RAV for some repairs here they gave us it back with the damage not repaired correctly doors were not lined up and they installed the wrong model mirror Felt like they were trying to take advantage of my wife instead of doing the work right the first time so watch out for people that kinda don’t know about cars would recommend going somewhere else Because I had to make sure that the work got done overall, not a good experience when you see online that how many star ratings it has, and then the work that they produced was on Acceptable The last pictures are when we got the car back with the damage still they did fix the work, but it should’ve been done right the first time and there’s no pictures, showing the work in the other reviews now they use my pictures and show off the type of work they’re doing That’s what they sent me home with those repairs not handling it to professional I think they’re trying to scare me to take down the They posted my pictures on their online website
