The staff here are very helpful and knowledgeable. I have been many times and was always met with great service. We had a fan that stopped working and they were able to replace it for us.

I really like the staff I have come in contact with, they are really great group of people. I dealt with the lumber order counter at the back of the store and the lumber yard. Now on 2 different occasions with some different staff and all of them are awesome!!

We went in just to look at the sink faucets and Jeff came over to help us. He is a winning personality!
Jeff went out over all of the ones that we could choose and answered all of our questions on them. He event went out of his way to show us how they are installed.
Iโve worked in customer service for a long time and I think his skills are amazing! Thanks again ๐๐๐๐๐๐

New location, same great staff! I've been in a few times with some plumbing needs (no Gerald, that's not a euphemism) and each time I was helped very quickly. Excellent customer service!!

We love our experiences here and at the building centre! Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. There is always someone handy to answer questions and find what we need.We don't seem to find that kind of service at other hardware stores.

Ordered item (online-only) and picked up in store 6 days later. Young member helped me find the other supplies I needed and was very helpful. Big new store with lots of room in the aisles.
