Id leave zero stars if i could. Was a decent place while Steve was still there. He retired. Wouldn't waste your time going there anymore. Had no records of my last visit there and no follow up after failing to be able to change the rear differential fluid citing they needed an original lexus part (the fill or drain plug). Its now time for my oil change again and when asked about the differential they had no records). On top of that my brother had work done on his Honda oddysey which required the removal of the front wheel fender liner and they failed to secure it which resulted in it being caught in the wheel damaging it significantly. They secured it after but failed to replace it. Also needed suspension repair and took 3 visits to get the right thing fixed. Good for oil changes and tire swaps but nothing more

great service they do there job right the first time. if u have any vehicle trouble or needs new tires take your vehicle here u won't be disappointed.

Our family has had all our vehicles serviced at Aylmer tire for over 10 years. Great service and excellent prices on rims and tires. Storing our winter wheels for a small fee is an amazing idea and saves space in my garage.
Janna and her team are a fantastic group of people.

Knowledgeable people. Fast and efficient, oil change and my 5 wheels changed and the others stored in short order the staff are a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this company.

I've always been treated very well here. One time an owner came to my house on super short notice, took off a tire, drove it back to the shop and patched it, then returned to put it back on my car... All so I could make a wedding on time. Great service and awesome people.

Amazing experience today. Went in and spoke with Julie on the front counter, needed new tires for my truck. She found a set at a better price than another shop I was at. She was even able to squeeze me in today to get them put on. I couldn’t better happier with the service! Shop local!

Went there to get a tire alignment, they couldn’t do it due to other things needing to be done before. So we got a quote from them, decided to go with them. When I went to pick it up after they called my husband to let him know it was done the total amount was double what they quoted me. Told them I wasn’t going to pay that, the higher up guy argued with me, then told me he had spoken to my husband about the price which he goes to tell me that my hubby was ok with the price. I said ok then I’d call my hubby so he could talk to him when I was there so I could hear he was ok with that price. He didn’t wanna call him in front of me. So in the end he let me pay what they quoted me. He flat out lied about having talked to my hubby about the price. All he said to my hubby was that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Will never be going back to this place again!!

Extremely disappointed. Bought all 4 new tires. 3 weeks later a Crack in the inner wall. That left us with a flat . Apparently your warranty ends at the road of their parking lot. Had to buy another new tire. You would think there was some kind of warranty since it clearly had a defect.

Came in 15 minutes before close with a issue. They worked there butts off to figure it out before close. Ended having to buy another tire and they made I got the right one and explained everything
