Came into the store to get some help with bulbs for my vehicle. Was also going to ask them about some o-rings too.Fellow at the desk had a pleasant greeting. When I told him what I was looking for and placing the old parts on the counter, he decided to answer the phone.As I waited, and waited, and waited, he served the fellow on the phone. Lots of questions from the customer and back and forth looking up whatever they needed.Plucked my parts up and left.“Bestway” to serve a customer?? Ask the person calling to hold while you serve the customer in front of you!!

It’s should be a negative star review.Today I had to call the Aylmer police to get one of the delivery trucks (illegally parked) moved so I could get out of a legal parking space. Owner couldn’t even come out to do it him self, had the young guy working for him do it. Owner then called cops on my husband for speaking with him about his ill treatment of me. I’d rather drive out of town then give this guy any of my money.
