Lady takes breaks all the time puts up a sign, pay at pump only, then smokes in the back. Not ideal for truckers who stop they make in store purchases.

Stingy owner wont accept caa for the 3 cent a liter savings . Will not get gas there again !

Live up the road so frequent this Shell. Really try to benefit from the Air Miles Program. However extremely disappointed to have the clerk inform me that they do not accept CAA as they are independently owned and do not participate in the CAA program. Saving 3 cents per litre in these trying times is beneficial. This should definitely be addressed.

had to change from 5 to 1 star. The last few times I’ve stopped here there’s a sign on the door, pay at pump only be back in 10 minutes… I went to Canadian tire for about 20 minutes, came back, sign was still up… I come here for everything but am getting concerned I’ll have to go elsewhere if this keeps up.

The older lady who served me was extremely rude, I have a medical exemption for wearing a mask. She said in a snotty voice "Sir! You need a mask to be in here." I said I have a medical exemption. She said with attitude "Well next time you will have to pay at the pump." I didn't reply to that comment and said I have gas on pump 3, proceeded to pay and got my receipt and said with a smile thank you and have a nice day! She just scowled at me and didn't say a word. How dare someone discriminate against a medical exemption and treat me like some mangy dog with fleas who isn't allowed in the store to shop like everyone else. It's discrimination could you imagine if a business denied a person in a wheel chair service because of their special medical needs they would get sued! I mean really get over yourself you have probably been wearing the same mask all day chock full of bacteria and more likely to get her and everyone else sick then someone not wearing a mask not to mention masks stop COVID with the same equivalency as a chain link fence would stop a mosquito. I will never go back to this gas station and I will be telling everyone I know never to go back there as well.

My wife and I have both had very poor experiences with the elderly lady working behind the counter at this location. Very sad to see such disrespect from someone working in customer service. I used to fill and wash our company vehicles at this location, but after two bad experiences on separate occasions, will avoid it going forward. I hope that this message makes it to the owner and that they can have a conversation with her as I am sure she is a good person, but we all have to leave our problems at the door when we go to work and respect our clients. I hope things will improve going forward to prevent further customer dissatisfaction.

Great gas station, but the carwash is terrible. I do however love that the squeegee buckets are always full to the brim, I go in and use up almost all the water on Saturdays at around 5:45am and when I return at 6:30am they're full again. Top notch service.

Bald guy in the morning is good, older woman in afternoons is fantastic, the guys on the weekend give me the creeps so I normally stick to evenings through the week. Needs more young girls.
