My puralotor package was dropped off here and the lady shamed me for waiting 3 days to pick it up, when the paper said I have 5 days to get it. She said I should've been home when they tried to deliver it to my home because we inconvenienced her by having the package dropped off there. I was very uncomfortable and anxious.

Polite when you have her attention, always on the phone when I walk in and makes me wait, very limited vapes when I go in, always have to go to the other store.
